Salvation Is Yours

Salvation Is Yours

If you’ve just smelled a weird scent and you don’t know where it came from, the reason you smelled it is that the Universe wants you to know that salvation is yours. But what does that even mean?

Well, it means that you’re about to be saved from anything you have done wrong. It means you don’t have to worry about your sins and all the things you’ve done wrong in the past. It means you’re safe and that you will be forgiven.

But that will come at a price. You can’t expect people to forgive you just like that. You’re going to have to come clean about what you did and then you’re going to have to change your behavior. The Universe is only giving you half a free pass. You’re going to have to work hard to make your salvation last.

The Free Pass

The free pass the Universe is giving you right now is very, very pleasant. It means you can ask for forgiveness from just about anyone that you have wronged in the past. Without any serious consequences.

But this isn’t a free pass to do whatever you like now. That smell you smelled is a warning and you shouldn’t take it lightly. You can ask for forgiveness now, and you will find salvation. But you have to be sincere. You have to really mean that you’re sorry and you’re going to have to change your behavior. Otherwise, you’re going to run into much more trouble than you expect.

That being said, the Universe is on your side right now. So, if you really want to change and be a better person now is the time to start working on that. You can make amends now and really find salvation.

Making Salvation Last

If you’re earnest about what you want to say sorry about you can really make your salvation last. It’s going to be a lot easier to change your behavior right now. The Universe is giving you the opportunity to create a brand-new life for yourself. One that’s free of all the guilt and resentment.

But you’re going to have to work hard to keep that up. You’re going to have to make sure that you really stick to the new patterns of behavior that you have in mind. It will be easy to change in the beginning. But after a while the novelty is going to wear off and it’s going to be a lot easier for you to fall back into bad habits.

So, you need to take a serious look at what you’re going to change about yourself. Do you want to change something as superficial as the way you come across to others? Or do you really want to change on a meaningful level, so that you’re different even when there aren’t other people around? The more meaningful and deep the changes that you make are, the more likely it is that you’ll find salvation in the long run.

What Happens When Things Don’t Go According to Plan

There is a snag though. Things might still not work out the way you hoped. Even though you might give someone an entirely sincere apology, they might still decide that what you’ve done is so bad that they no longer want you as part of their life. But you need to be okay with that too.

True salvation comes from knowing that you have done everything in your power to make things right. So don’t lose hope if someone doesn’t accept your apology. That’s on them. As long as you keep your slate clean, you’ll be taking advantage of the opportunity the Universe has granted you now.

And if you start to lose hope you can always use this affirmation to make sure that you stay on track to allowing salvation to enter (and stay in) your life:

I am a changed person. I have what it takes to be the best version of myself. There is no bad behavior that I cannot change. I forgive myself for past mistakes. I allow myself to become better at creating good relationships.
