I know and am familiar with the anxiety you are facing, and I understand the struggles you experience. I have walked the earth and experienced the range of human emotions, including anxiety. Therefore, I know the difficulties in stopping feeling this way, and how easy it can be to tumble into feelings that are too big to cope with in the long term.
Anxiety is a burden that many carry. It is a weight that can feel overwhelming, causing restlessness, fear, and a sense of unease within your soul. But I want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. I am with you always, and I offer you solace in your moments of anxiety and worry.
When I walked this earth, I faced many challenges that caused me distress. In the garden of Gethsemane, on the night before my crucifixion, I experienced an intensity of anxiety that was difficult to bear. I wrestled with the weight of the world's sins and the knowledge of the pain I would endure. During that moment, I cried out to God, asking Him to take this feeling from me. But I also surrendered and accepted that I was meant to be in that moment, rather than fight it further.
I want to teach you that it is okay to acknowledge your anxiety and bring it before Me. Lay out your heart to Me and share your fears and worries. I am loving, and I long to comfort you and give you peace. Trust in My plan, even when it feels overwhelming, for I know what is best for you.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10). There is great power in leaning on the Lord for faith and hope.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). Every moment you share with the Lord is a moment you can lighten your load, and your worries disperse.
Anxiety does not define you. It is a temporary state that can cloud your vision and hinder your progress. But I have come to give your life and life abundantly. I have overcome the world, and in Me, you will find true peace. Turn your eyes to Me, and let My love fill your hearts, casting out fear and worry. Even when alone, you can feel loved.
When anxiety grips your soul, take a moment to be still and know that I am with you. Breathe deeply and focus on the present moment. Do not allow your thoughts to dwell on what may happen in the future or what has occurred in the past. Embrace the gift of each moment and find joy in the beauty that surrounds you.
You are not meant to bear your burdens alone, and in reaching out to others, you will find great strength. Reach out to your brothers and sisters in faith, for they are there to support and encourage you. Share your struggles and allow others to walk alongside you. Together, you can find strength and comfort in one another.
You must learn to take care of yourself. Your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing are interconnected. Seek balance in your life, making time for rest, relaxation, and activities that bring you joy. Nourish your body with healthy food and exercise. Feed your mind with uplifting and encouraging thoughts. And most importantly, find and maintain a deep and intimate relationship with God, for in Him, you will find the ultimate source of peace.
“Emotions come and go, so find a balanced state of mind, and stay there through it all.”
