Your Jesus Message of the Day: When There is No Good to See, Turn to Jesus for Fresh Faith

Psalm 37:5

Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this.

I come to you today to shed light on the existence of evil in the world. I understand that this question has weighed heavily on the hearts and minds of many, and still does to this day, and I want to provide you with guidance and understanding in the face of this profound mystery.

Matthew 6:33

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

When remembering good and evil, it is important to remember that I created this world with boundless love, intending for it to be a place of harmony, beauty, and unity. However, human beings were given the precious gift of free will, enabling them to make choices and decisions that shape the course of their lives and the world around them. Free will is an essential aspect of your own existence, for it allows you to experience the fullness of life, to express love, and to grow spiritually.

Evil is not something that people are born with, more so they are taught how to get what they want by using acts of disharmony, adding an imbalance to the world around them, and from that imbalance comes an unhappy state of community. Evil does not grow, no matter how much you water it.

Jesus’ Love

When you are faced with evil, you must think of a time where there was great love in your life, and how it helped you through the darkest times, adding enrichment to your life. The love of the Lord is everything you need when it comes to seeking good.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth (Corinthians 13:6). Where love is born, there can be no evil, and no evil to thy name. New beginnings must come from hope and faith, and where evil lurks, there is none.

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing (Peter 3:9). There is no use in meeting evil with evil, especially when the preferred outcome is to be peace. Two people with an evil heart will stir no good in their soul, nor the souls of others. Boundless energy comes from being able to disagree without evil interfering.

What Jesus Does For You

Facing Evil Alone

Evil, when faced alone, seems stark and dire. It is hopeless, because you look into it with a lonely heart. Fear not, for the Lord is standing beside you, and with every aspect of consequential glory, may evil be banished from you forever. If you cannot find it within your heart to appear before God for your sins of evil, then you will be judged upon your passing at the gates of heaven.

Learning The Value of Evil

When I walked the earth, I shared teachings of love and compassion. I spoke of a kingdom where peace, justice, and harmony reigned. Yet, despite the divine vision I presented, evil continued to find its way into the hearts and actions of humanity. The presence of evil is a result of the freedom I granted - the freedom to choose between right and wrong, love and hatred, goodness and wickedness. With people born unto the choice of evil, the choice itself is to create a period of disharmony within communities that should be flourishing, and to walk away from that is to seek the real value that evil can bring.

Allowing Evil to Strengthen You

I understand that the existence of evil can shake your faith and cause you to question my divine plan. But remember, my ways are not your ways, and my thoughts are not your thoughts. Your human perspective is limited, while mine is eternal and endless. Trust in me, even when the world seems shrouded in darkness, for I am the light that shines through the shadows.

Stay In My Love

In the face of evil, my love for you matters greatly. I call upon you to be the bearers of light in a world that desperately needs it. Love fiercely, forgive unconditionally, and extend compassion to all. Your actions, driven by love, have the power to transform hearts, heal wounds, and overcome the influence of evil.

Thessalonians 5:22

Reject every kind of evil.

“Turn away from evil, and face good always.”
