The Universe sent you a special scent. It tickled your nostrils and now you’re wondering what it’s all about. Well, you can rest assured that the scent you smelled has a good message for you. In fact, it’s one of the best messages you can receive after the year you’ve had.

More peace and prosperity are on its way to you. You’re about to go through one of the most peaceful phases of your life. Things are just going to work out. You’ll see. You have a lot to look forward to. And that includes being soothed and feeling looked after by the Universe as things unfold in a beautiful and meaningful way in your life.

But what if you aren’t feeling peaceful yet? How can you help yourself to become more peaceful on the inside so that it translates into your life? Well, here are a few ways you can cultivate more peace in your life so you find the peace the Universe is sending your way faster:

Make Yourself Happy

One of the best ways to become more peaceful is to be more authentic. The more authentic you are the more you’re going to find that you’re happy with yourself just the way you are. Things aren’t going to get easier for you if you don’t learn to allow yourself too just be yourself.

And the more you allow yourself to let your hair down the more things you’ll find to like about yourself. And the more things there are to like about yourself the more your gratitude and appreciation are going to become. In the end that means that you’re going to feel a lot more abundant about your life.

Why? Because the happier we are with our lives the more life feels peaceful. You can be content in knowing that you are doing what it is that makes you happy. Whatever that might be.

Do Good Deeds

The smell you smell is also letting you know that doing good deeds will help you to be more at peace with yourself and life in general. . Of course, there are a lot of different ways you can be of help to others. It doesn’t necessarily mean helping an old lady across the street or volunteering at the shelter.

Of course, it can include those things, but good deeds can be done from the comfort of your own home too. Making someone a cup of coffee when they’re busy is an example of that. It’s the little things in life that bring us more joy and peace.

When you do good deeds for others you are creating a better environment for everyone. A place where people feel loved and cared for. And pretty soon that feeling will spill into your life too. Not to mention the fact that doing good for other people gives you a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

Don’t Be Selfish

One of the main reasons you aren’t feeling peaceful is because you feel isolated and alone. You’re being selfish with your time and energy. You need to get out there and start doing more things. Whether those are things that make you happy or that help others. You need to get out there.

How will that make you more peaceful? Well, you’ve got so much pent-up energy in you that your brain is running a million miles a minute. And if you don’t spend that energy on something productive, you’re going to keep feeling like there’s something that you have to do.

If you want inner peace you have to be less selfish with your time and energy. You have to do what other people suggest from time to time. You have to find something that wears you out a bit so that you can go to bed tired at night.

That smell you smelled might be the Universe’s way of letting you know that peace is on its way to you, but you aren’t going to find that peace if you keep clinging onto your time and energy the way you have been doing. You need to learn to let go a little and be more giving with your time and energy to feel truly fulfilled.
