I call out your name in the hope you will hear my prayer and offer your strength and love to those who need it the most.
Keep everybody safe as they struggle to come to terms with these terrible events and lay them under your wings as they find their way.
Keep them safe from harm and help their communities rise from this perilous event.
Lord, please remind them that there are many, many people praying for them and that they are not alone.
May your loving grace be the comfort they need to feel they can see a tomorrow in their hazy and uncertain horizon.
Please allow the chaos to settle, and see this crisis away as soon as possible, for the sake of all that is holy.
