The heavy rains and floods will come, but we'll be safe in our homes with this prayer.
Dear Lord,
I pray today for the people. I see so much hate and cruelty in the world, and I believe it stems from having bad lives.
May they see the errors of their ways and revert to a good life. May you offer their forgiveness as they walk your path of righteousness and strength.
Lead them away from hate and ease their restless minds. Help them find their negativity and turn it into positive action and make good decisions.
Lord, help lead them away from fear that turns to resentment and offer them a healing route to inner peace.
Bless them with a life that is good and kind, and ensure they absorb your love and guidance through these changes.
I give you praise, God, for your abundant mercy and grace that we all receive, in good times and bad.
