Prayer to have a passion to fulfil dreams
Our dreams can often feel like abstract and distant things, but they are important for guiding our life's direction and giving us purpose. However, maintaining the motivation and passion to pursue them can be a struggle.
Dear Lord,
I pray to thee today in the hope that you can dig deep within me and find my passion once more. My dreams are present, but lack the life needed to become reality. My heart is beating, but lacks the emotion needed to pour into my aspirations.
I want to succeed, but my suffering has taken over and I feel lost and hopeless. This suffering I know cannot last, Lord, and that is where I need your help.
My dreams sat untouched, and I need your guidance to help me find my way to them.
Help me remember the person I once was, the person who created these milestones. Ignite the flame that went out a long time ago and show me what it means to pursue something that has meaning and depth, just like your teachings.
