Prayer for a Whole Family
Being a student is hard but being the teacher even harder.
We all do. But for some of us, it isn’t always as easy to find the time or money that's necessary in order maintain this idealized version of what constitute being “normal." The good news is there are plenty alternatives out there if you're looking into making your life more colourful - both emotionally and physically!
Dear Lord,
I give to you all the members of my family; may they be blessing in your holy light and remain safe under your wings of protection.
As I come before you today, I seek your help.
Lord, I ask you to complete this family, offering us the gift of further life, so that we may extend our love further, to another.
May they be healthy and understanding of your grace, power and greatness.
Help me to show gratitude for all the things you have done for us, and continue to to be humbled by your understanding.
Surround us with your love, and help me show gratitude for all those things I believe you can do in your name.
May my family be whole, like your beautifully adored world we live in.
Amen.
