The healing process can take a while, but with enough patience and faith you will get there. You may find it hard not trust people again after going through such an awful experience as cheating on one's partner; however, these problems typically resolve themselves over time - just keep praying!
Dear Lord,
As I turn to you, I pray to have my broken heart healed.
Love sits within me, like an unwanted conversation I am having with myself. The weight of it at times is unbearable, and I pray that you will lift it for me with each and every passing day.
With this prayer, I reflect on the need to end this painful chapter in my life, and be restored with new hope and joy.
May this pain be used as a reminder that love is real, and that I shall be grateful for its presence.
I pray to be blessed with a healed heart, so that in the future it can be offered to a deserving soul, and looked after the way it deserves to be.
May love live once again in my heart.
