Prayer for Strength of mother/father
My prayer is that your mother or father will always be strong. They are the ones who put in so much effort to take care of you, teach their children how they should behave and what values deserve importance in life- all while never getting any credit themselves.
Dear Lord,
As I pray to you today, I ask for the health of my mother/father. I constantly seek ways to open up to your guidance, and as you look upon me with eyes or mercy, may you offer restoration to them.
Lord, may your life-giving powers flow into every cell of their body, and into the depths of their soul.
May your strength and power purify them, cleansing them of ill health and creating wholeness.
As you heal them, Almighty God, lift them up and give them hope that this new dawn will be the hope they need to determine your faith in their existence. Surround them with your peace and channel their belief in you for always.
Comfort their pain and please continue to assist them with their fears, each and every day.
