Prayer for safety of the country from disaster
With every disaster, it is important to remember that no matter what happens in the country or your community you can always turn things around.
God has given all of us resilience and power so we should never give up hope even if others might think otherwise. The best way for everyone's safety would be if people spent time preparing themselves before disasters strike.
Dear Lord,
I pray to you for the safety of this country.
I don't want to see any distress within the nation I live in, nor do I wish harm on anybody living here or anywhere affected by the changes we are going through.
I understand that we are facing difficulties, but I do not want the lives of others, or our beautiful land to be harmed.
I pray as a nation that we work toward a better day. I know with the help and love you humble us with can assist us in living in unity.
May our leaders make good decisions that prioritize the safety of its citizens and the beautiful land we reside in.
Help them be willing to listen to each other, and to learn that fighting and conflict is not the answer to our problems.
Amen.
