Lord, give us wise leaders in our country. Guide them and protect them as they lead Your people towards success.
Dear Lord,
We have been faced with many social, cultural and economic changes to this land we call home. As we watch the land you created be altered by leaders, I ray to see a competent leader take the reins and do what is best for us all.
I pray they will not lead selfishly, and will listen to what we, the people need. May they be blessed with the gift of compassion as they lead parallel to your own leadership and teachings.
May your voice carry their good decisions to fruition, and may they come to you in times of need so that your holy presence leads them towards a better outcome for the future of our country.
May the ambition of their leadership give them good direction, and light their paths to exercise good faith and hope.
