Prayers for Decision Making and Choices
Prayer to give me courage in my decisions
You are able to make decisions without feeling overcome by fear, and the more you do this in your life the easier it will get. The following prayer is a way for Christians alike who want courage when they need guidance or wisdom on what's best not just now but always:
Dear Lord,
I came to you today to help give me courage and wisdom in my decisions.
I know in life sometimes we falter, and one decision and lead to a path of darkness. Help me steer clear of this risk.
Please, Lord, open my spiritual eyes so that I can see the good in my choices. Help me judge decisions with clarity and wisdom and know that I am doing a good thing.
Reassure me that I have obeyed your guidance, and that I have deeply thought about all the consequences of them.
In every path I take, show me that they will produce pure and peaceful results, and assure me that fear must not neglect the need and desire for positive change.
As I think about the importance of my decisions, grant me the knowledge that they will not hurt others, or cause harm in the loving environment I have created for myself.
May you always seek ways to guide and help me.
