Prayer to Bless my Life with long Periods of Happiness
Happiness is not simply the absence of pain or struggle; it is a deep joy and contentment that illuminates everything around me. I pray for moments of pure bliss, but also for the strength to appreciate and savour the small, everyday blessings in my life.
Dear Lord,
Sometimes you feel so far away from me. I search or you in life and whilst I know you are there; I wish and pray that you bless my life with long periods of happiness.
I feel as though only you can put joy in my life and make it full and complete and I am blessed that you guide me knowingly towards good.
I want to be happy, but I know I have to firstly look inside myself and find it within me first.
Lord, you are the original source of all happiness and love, please fill my life with those things in abundance and help my move along my path with courage.
Help me to rest in your happiness and learn how to offer myself the same through all areas of my life.
