With the demands of life, it's easy to get caught up in our heads. You might start thinking about what you're going do tomorrow or whether that person was really nice when they hurt your feelings - but these are all mental health issues! Take some time for yourself; try not focusing on anything too much so you don't have an anxiety attack because then there would be two people crying over their problems instead only one (you). When we feel good mentally healthy = happier individuals who can handle whatever comes at them without letting those bad vibes ruin everything else around them.
